Covid 19 – Your Covid Safe Home Survey

At North West Heating Solutions our priority is keeping our customers and our employees safe during these uncertain times. We carried out a thorough risk assessment and have put in a number of procedures in place to keep both you and our teams safe every step of the way to your new electric heating system. We continually review these processes as government guidelines change. We operate in both England & Wales and across different tiers and ensure we are meeting guidelines in each of the different areas.

Covid Additional Measures

  • Symptom Check

    When you book your home survey a member of our team will confirm that you and your household do not have any symptoms of Covid-19 and have not been in contact with anyone with symptoms. On the day of your appointment a member of our team will contact you again to confirm this.

  • PPE Provision

    All our engineers are kitted out with relevant PPE. Our engineers will wear a face mask, gloves and shoe covers at all times during the visit and will clean any surfaces such as your fuse board if they need inspection during the visit.

  • Hand Washing & Sanitising

    Our engineer will wash their hands for 20 seconds or use hand sanitiser on arrival at your property and again if required during their visit. They will repeat the process again once they have left before visiting another customer.

  • Social Distancing

    Our engineers will maintain a social distance of 2 meters wherever possible and will possible need to carry out the measurement part of the survey unsupervised to ensure social distancing.

    We are constantly keeping up to date with guidance in the different areas of the North West of England & Wales. Our local surveyors covering each area ensure local guidance is adhered to.
