ERIC WRIGHT WATER PARK is an outdoor pursuit centre that gives young people a taste of all the countryside has to offer, in a most beautiful but exposed and challenging setting.
It was decided to update the old electric night storage and panel convector heaters with an energy efficient and thermostatically controlled, state of the art system. It had to be a future forward, planet friendly, eco heating system and in any case there is no natural gas in the area, there is a narrow road leading to the property and so deliveries of heating fuels was not a viable option. There were 97 new heaters required so good value, well-made heaters with a robust service and back-up was crucial.
The new heating system is now controlled on a tablet which gives the manager control of every area of this huge building which is Grade 2 listed and has many different rooms in use at different times of day. ELKATHERM® electric radiators provided the solution where others struggled to match the overall proposition and North West Heating Solutions were awarded the contract. This project was carried out on time and within budget and will last in daily use for at least 25 years and that is guaranteed.
The heating system is a fantastic improvement, the app we use to control the system is extremely user friendly and I'd have no hesitation in recommending HeatElectric!
